hey this is a probably more a question for the boys but what does a rugby union prop forward do...?? i need to make a training program for one, and i dont know like what they need to train for..
props are usually much bulkier and because they pack in th front of the scrum dont have a long neck. props will take it up the middle of the field and usually dont have as much pace as the backs.
