that's a completely different issue. you don't see religious extremists getting paid by legitimate companies to do harms to their neighbourhood, do you? if you throw the party and your 500 guests damaged the house, you and no one else, are responsible.

i don't know what charges the police can place on him, but i hope it is something that makes him and his parents wake up and change for good. any company/association which is going to pay him for the story or whatnot, cannot be more irresponsible and should be condemned.
