Is cross country long distance? I did that in Primary school...

For a race to be regarded as long-distance, it typically has to exceed 5 kilometres in distance. School cross countries are on the borderline that I probably wouldn't regarded it as one.

Oh okay well my school cross countries maxed out at 4km. Nevermind..

i prefer riding my bike for long distances. for running i just use an oval or a treadmill.

yeah, sometimes i run up the stairs.
my archnemesis
last time i ran up the stairs my muffintop knocked me out and i woke up with a gash on me forehead

how do you guys say forehead

Three races in the pipeline this year and I'm incredibly unfit at the moment.

Really struggling to make it to 3km in a single session.
