I think the length is probably fine it's just too light a colour, too straight, too clean, and the cut is just generally wrong. Too long at the back, relative to the front and sides.

A good hairstyle. For a girl.

OP: Long hair looks awesome on some guys, shocking or pretty ordinary on others. The guy in your pics does not look that awesome. no really. he doesn't.

My favouite length on a guy is about an inch below their ears. Unless you're going to do something really radical it's better not to look like you tried and failed.
