No shit Sherlock.
do you have any good tips to stop the craving after u've tried to eat VERY HEALTHY (and not a lot at all) for some time?

it's so dangerous..once u start eating good food again it's so hard to control
u just keep eating the thing you crave (or the thing that tastes slightly good..)

the drinking water thing doesn't always work.. i think i almost drank 3 litres (or even more) one day..it sucked

Eat healthy, exercise and be disciplined.

If you feel you've eaten too much "good" food then exercise more.

All about balance.

Plus, don't classify foods as bad or good.
okay..
it's true.. we should indulge in junk food too, sometimes. *variety* is key
i haven't been eating junk food for some time so one time I started then I just kept eating it

it's suicidal.

Haha. I'm one of those people who can eat all sorts of crap and still remain skinny. But i'm incredibly unfit, I need to tone up.

Re: Are YOU trying to lose weight?

I've just moved and I'm using the new town etc to motivate me to loose weight. I'm also going on a cruise for my 21st so i want to be looking good for that. I have 7 weeks to go and i want to loose about 10kilos but i happy with anything really. I've been going for at least a half hour walk 4-5 days a week, inculding massive hills (killer!!!) I'm going to try some gym classes too just for some varietyand I park outside the uni and walk in as well as walk to work, so I'm hoping all this incidental excercise will help.
My problem is more eating, i eat great until about 3pm then i snack on crap but that is changing, having healthier snacks etc.
Good luck to everyone!!!!

Re: Are YOU trying to lose weight?

I'm really bad at trying to lose weight cos I can't resist junk food..and I do no exercise whatsoever.
I guess I am pretty lucky though, I have a pretty fast metabolism so I can eat whatever I want without putting on too much weight.
I'm really unfit though..need to join a gym or something!

High intensity workouts work. Period.:)
This is truth. Nothing. Works better. Only in particular circumstances are things like this not reccomended.

How tall are you? getting down to 75kg is damn small for a dude. I know, i was once there, but i was uber-mega-out-of-this-world lean. I much prefer being 'bulky' and a good 20kg+ heavier

Bwhahahhahaa

Well, i see your HSC is 2008, so i'll forgive you based on age. Bodybuilding.com is considered a JOKE of a site. Its basically anorexic 16 year olds, and internet UFC/Ninja bad asses.
