traditional love letters are definitely hot because it shows a fair bit of time and effort... though i run the risk of them not being able to read my writing lol :S emails are good for convenience, like you've got a few minutes between doing things - not enough to phone em or write a letter or whatever - but you still want to let em know how you feel and that you're thinking of them and give them warm fuzzies. i dont think i'd try to pick anyone up by asking for their email though... that said if i was interested i would ask for their email, it just wouldnt be part of my attempt to pick up as much as another means of communicating with them.

Hey don't laugh!! I kept in contact with Jase by asking him for his e-mail when I left. Had I not done that, he would have forever been the cute boy I worked with at a pasta place, never to be seen again.

Which brings me to the point. Yes, my boy writes me love letters occasionally and he knows that I melt. Like an ice-cream.

I think they are totally wonderful. Part of their charm is the fact that you open yourself up to the other person by giving them physical evidence of what you feel.

i like getting them like daily :S i mean, i dont have a problem if i dont, obviously... well this is more emails actually, i never got a written letter. but it's so nice when you check your email and you have something from your loved one just letting you know they were thinking of you. even though i got them regularly (like almost daily lol) i didnt value them any less. but then i like to tell people how i feel about them (when it's positive) cos it usually makes them feel good, so i spose it's logical i would like the same in return.

There were three girls at the Fort who had the same name and who're in consecutive grades...I was the middle one. The older one's ugly, I'm okay, and the youngest one's quite hot. On Val's day back in 2001, I got a random letter in my locker - I was quite desperate for love, mind you, then it turned out that it was for the youngest girl.

Wouldn't everyone feel a little giddy?! I've been brought up on those annoying fairytales, though I've never received a genuine love letter myself...I'd keep it if I did. I keep everything.
