actually, the girls/guys on this show are much better looking, they have far superior styling, direction, hair, makeup and clothing brands.

america's next top model featured payless shoes

they are made up with MAC
antm uses covergirl

i watch (and love) antm (mainly because i love to hate tyra) but in terms of actually modelling, this show is better at mimicking what they'll actually have to do.

i mean, how many times do you think a model will be covered in candy/be high fashion gargoyles/make themselves another race/be a broken doll etc.

make me a supermodel just makes them take photos and walk. simple.

This show is more realistic, but I still think the quality of the photos you get on ANTM is much better. Tyra was an actual supermodel, Jennifer is a cheerleader. ANTM purposely tries to do commercial stuff like Payless as well as doing 'high fashion'. That has nothing to do with the quality of the contestants, and the photographers. The fact that a lot of these contestants are hot does not make them good models. For example, Rhys does one face - the sexy frown.

Shanina is a cheater. If you broadly defined the term, you could call what she did prostitution (exchanging sexual favours for personal gain). Plus, I think she may be retarded.
