When i was doin the hsc,,, durin the stuvac i somehow lost 5kg.

was 70,, down to 65. now im 63. lmao.

Umm, When i get stressed... i take a shower... listen to angsty teen music (hence, mudvane [deathblooms ftw!], SOAD, etc).. become more anti-social than i already am....

that said. i don't get stressed much.

Also @ topic starter;; i also grind my teeth when i sleep ... accordin to my parents. lol. and i also fall off my bed sometimes. lmao ,,, which kinda hurts due to tile floor. .. . .:S

hmmm..... i can't actually remember a time when i've been genuinely stressed.... panicky, yes, but not stressed....

well, i reckon that if i got really stressed, my hair would fall out and i would be bombarded with a legion of raging red pimples on my forehead.

does being worried count as being stressed?

maybe panic is a manifestation of stress.... and that means that when i have exams i get stressed and that leads to panic..... so, maybe i dont realise i'm stressed, because the power of my panic is too great.....
