Like I said Sydney Morning Herald frequently tried to play the victim card. Especially given what they do everywhere from Dave Elliot, John Barilaro with the Friendlyjordies case etc.
i really don't like them ngl, love to make it hella dramatic

For part B is it its meant to be 1-(P(0.1)+P(0.2)+P(0.3)+P(0.4)) right? cause it says greater than Z=4? Is this correct or were you not meant to subtract P(4) from 1?

Does anyone know how the moderating would work this time for advance maths???? Or maybe what would likely be a cut-off mark for a band 6?

The probability you are looking for is P(Z>0.4). The table only gives you P(0 < Z < 0.4), so you're missing half the entire normal curve. This means you need to do a bit of manipulation first
P(Z > 0.4) = 1 - P(Z < 0.4) = 1 - [0.5 + P(0<Z<0.4)] ~ 0.5 - 0.1554 = 0.3446

The answer in the attachment is wrong. You cannot have more than half of the babies being above the average for a normal distribution.
