Just curious, how many classes are there for all maths and english subjects in yr 11? :D
At All Saints senior (school i'm going if failed the selective exam), for english there are 7 standard, 3 advanced and 1 extension classwhile in maths there are i think about 4 general maths, 1 or 2 maths advanced and 1 exension maths.

So yeah probably your schools have a hell lot more students doing advanced english and 2 or 3 unit maths in year 11 when i noticed that alot and i mean ALOT of you are doing these couses.

hurlstone agri and mac fields...90% DO 3U ENGLISH/MATHS COMBO!!!!!!!!!!!! :O
Damn... your school makes my school feel dumb!
I wanted to do 3U maths but the teachers keep recommending me 2 do 2U maths so that's why I'm trying out for those 2 schools. My school literally only has 20 % students doing Maths and Extension maths combined. The rest either do general or no maths at all! Same for advanced english only the rest do standard

ahahaha sefton is bloody hard to get into...
what year are u in this year? why not one of the sydney schools?
ur a guy? --> sydney tech
girl ? --> st george girls
seriuosly... what i hate about macfields is that the community and selctive poeple are mixed up ... so.. theres kinda no point in being selective :(

Sefton HS is going down the crapper. Sydney Boys stole our good old principal *stares angrily at SBHS* and our new principal has enforced all these shit rules which have resulted in our school losing most of our customs and what little prestige we had. She is strict and mean, so much to the point that most of the Science faculty has left, and many other good teachers too. The few teachers which remain are either shit or unmotivated. DONT GO THERE!

Seriously.. from most people I've surveyed which is quite a few people.. 90% is probably definately pushing it but 70-80 is a good chance
50-70 somewhere around there
