Yes I did option B! I can't really remember the exact question cause I answered Russia near the start of the exam but basically I said that the growth of the Communist Party meant Stalin had complete and undeniable control to carry out the political transformation because he curated the party so it was comprised of his alliances and people who supported him (Lenin Enrollment for example). & that allowed him to pass stuff like the Kirov Decrees because the Politburo was willing to support him, thus he could away with all of his draconian measures in his political transformation.
YES! this is what I did, but then bought in other factors like terror and rep + propaganda + leninist maipulation stuff

I talked about the 1936 constitution, centralisation of power into the Supreme Soviet, (bp1) bureaucratisation of the party, (bp2) growth of the NKVD and instruments of terror (bp3) and the replacement of old Bolsheviks with apparatchiks (bp4)

Yeah that was very narrow there basically was only one answer which was the national association for the advancement of coloured people (NAACP). They organised the whole thing and picked out the Little Rock Nine etc
I talked about how the NAACP supported the Brown v Board of Education decision which subsequently desegregated schools

it was something along the lines of "To what extent was the growth of the Communist Party significant to Stalin's political transformation of the Soviet State?" maybe not twe but that was it in a nutshell

I don't think it really matters I was really lucky cause my notes had the 1936 constitution under that dot point also for some reason I just love talking about that I did in my internals as well

omg thank god i though id done it wrong cause my friend said that we couldn't talk abt other factors so her whole essay was just growth of the party...but i also talked abt terror, economic (vaguely) and propaganda/SIOC/cult of personality and leninism

I never made a polticial transformation essay, cause I was so sure it was going to be an option of Social/cutlural, economic or political 💀
But I did roughly what you guys are talking about so surely I don't get a 5/25 for this

I reckon both are fine! But mentioning terror/propaganda/repression would be great in my opinion because it shows evidence of the political transformation! Cause if you just say like 'yes the growth of the Communist Party helped Stalin's political transformation' that's cool, but modern history essays need evidence to support the analysis!
