msi wind or asus eee pc (1 Viewer)

um...which laptop?
the msi wind doesn't have an optical drive right?
does the eee pc have one? cause it'd be very bothersome with no dvd drive.

any specific model you guys want to recommend? which one is the "best" for both brands, since they're both cheap notebooks i should be to afford even the priciest one. i think.

i'm open to other types too. but seriously, notebook with no optical? erghh..

Wind, I have one, i have never regretted buying it, there is a new range out now too, it is a really nice laptop to use. No the eeepc does not have an optical drive, if it is going to bother you that much you can always get an external one anyway.

I have the u90, i do not know much about the newer model, i would now get the u100 though bigger screen, same resolution, it does not make a huge difference.

i would highly recommend the Wind though
