Silver nitrate you say....

Lets see, here are a few things that i've been cooking up for this year's muck up day (plus a few from previous years):

> Fake Dead Body. Due to the number of deaths of students our school has experienced, attempt to get hold of a dress shop mannikan (life like one) and hang it (with assistance) from the school's lighting rig above the stage. Place wet puddle at feet along with 'suicide letter' hide else where and watch the staff jump to conclusions.

> Steal the roll call books, remove (with care) the rolls and switch around with other roll call books.
Replace books.
Endless fun.
Watch the teachers start marking a roll and then realise that their roll has been switched with someone else's (even if they find out before that it will take them at LEAST 30 mins to put them in the right roll folders).

> Addium to switching rolls. Photocopy bum, place one copy in each roll call book. Gaurenteed to be shock to the teacher.

> Crime Scene. Get friend to lie on ground in odd position, draw chalk outline around body, add red paint (mixed with black and watered down) to get blood like paint. If you have friend in the emergency services (heh heh heh) get hold of police or ambulance tape and cordon off scene.

> Communists. Get hold of the Russian national anthem. Gather like minded comrades. Play on school sound system (which has speakers all over the school), proceed to stand with the right hand raised to shoulder height and clenched in a fist and looking solemn until the music stops. Otherwise march back and forth saying odd phrases in russian.
Gaurenteed to make your teachers laugh, shake head or look confused.

> Wheres that smell?! Take a prawn (or fish)...

> Paste pornography on the windows of the principals room (done by last years year 12).

> Park a mini inside the school building (actually done, it was carried up the stairs and put in the hall way. Heh)

> Steal flag poles. 'Nuff said.

> Place greased condoms on the door handles. Gaurenteed to scare prudish teachers off.

> Put honey on door handles.

> Thanks to this board... silver nitrate.

> In art rooms put a little bit of paint under the tap handle and then later the door handles. The person washes their hands, turns off the tap, wipes their hands and then yells in anger at often their not noticing their fingers were covered in paint!

> Off milk + year 7, 9 or 11 student = smelly student.

> For sale sign put outside school.

> Take up all the parking spots in the teachers car park.

> Chain gates closed after teachers have all parked.

> Fish oil/curdled gelationous milk on the tops of ceiling fans...

> Ye olde Milk, Eggs, Lemons, Water Bombs, Flour Bombs, Squirt Guns, etc bombardment (gotta love those catwalks - its a golden oldie).

> Dead rat/pigeon/etc in air conditioning vents (often happens naturally but you can always help things along or, even, substitute the animal for prawns or fish).

> Switch the monitors of the PCs of the school (so computer A's monitor is plugged into B, B is plugged into A's... etc)

> Place false 'do not use computer due to error' messages on random computers. Only a few. They have to look real. Gaurenteed to drive staff wild.

> Switch computer cables around. Computer won't work right until fixed.

> Relocate entire sections of library. That is to say move stack of books from one end to the other. If you have a very symmetrical library as there is here imagine the fun students will have finding the books.

Ahem those are just a few and none cost the school much at all and ONLY require you to tresspass (and not cause any real, long term damage). So go wild people! Do it for your school!

We just got a letter telling us that Muck up day was cancelled, as if they organised it in the first place, we have been threatened with our HSC is we do anything wrong. This means that the muck up day stuff we do will have to be:

-non vandaslist
- non harmful
- untraceable to person who did it

Any suggestions?

Vandelism free, untracable, non harmful pranks

I reckomend computer pranks because they can be palmed off as mistakes, like the ones i mentioned.
Start with the monitors in the computer labs, maybe switching a few cables, even make a few roll call books go missing to other rooms. Its subtle and unless you are unlucky, you should probably be able to pull it off during the day before muck up day.

As for WHEN muck up day is, it is for us on the (nota bene peoples!):

26th of September!

OFFICIAL school holidays begin 28th of Sept. then there is 2 weeks of holidays and 1 week of Study Vac. (or stuvac).
So start organising those prank mobs guys (and gals).

computa pranks indeed...

they never occured to me, but sound like lotsa fun.

if anyone has mega old 486's or early pentiums, find one of those "keyboard lock" keys and lock em all up.

alternatively, put some random (e.g: H*AUDh0o8t, &RTbg8rtys$^, etc...) passwords on BIOS and piss off resident network person when they go to do some holiday maintenance.

BoS/DET have told schools that damage WILL NOT be accpted and students found damaging DET property will be dealt with by the Police and will NOT sit their HSC

For those schools running the Win2k networks - turn off the printers and use YR12 Student accounts and print pages of crap (make sure you keep the printers off tho :p)

Umm... 12 actually. And borrow from the almost-empty side of the set of shelves named '915'. It's got all the international stuff.

Luigi, u could always do something annoying in the libary like removing the network cables from the laptops or something and just scattering them all over the library that would cause disruption without long term damage

ok, heres the situation.....

If they are not gonna let us have a muck up day, then we will have to be smart about what we do, remember, this is your HSC they are threatening here and we cant afford to risk it. We need to do pranks that are smart and very hard to trace, they need to cause no permanent damage to anything and most of all, They need to be in good taste.

Now i know this may limit our possiblilitys greatly but we must try, they will not stop us now.

some of the stuff ppl have done at our skool over the years

- the inside of bean bags, those litle white balls, aboyt a million bags of them were covered all over the quadrangle and everywhere threw our skool, took like a month to clean em all up, and its not damaging anything

- take all the mouse balls, (for the skools with old computers still)

_ pigs head hung off the basketball hoop by a hook

- burning car

- charge teachers for parking in skool

- nudy runs, (always a fav.)

- cling wrap ove toilet bowls

- letterboxes from neighbours all around skool, left outside the principals office

- ronald mcdonald , macdonalds signs, for sale signs, on top of buildongs

-surfboard wax over all windows (trust me this is good its like impossible to get off, u can write yr12 2002 rule, and it will like never get off) well that one was my idea, ive seen it done to car windows

How to exploit the school PA microphone input for fun and profit:

1. Old crappy tape player with "waterloo" on repeat. Just set and forget!

2. "This is god. Take all your lunch money to the year 12 area."

3. Record the bell sound, and play back interesting variations on the day.

Password screen savers on the computers

Kidnap a teacher and hold her for randsome, until the school pays an ammount of money to be given to charity.

Fly our own "special" flag on the flagpole

Turn the fountain water to purple... dylon does wonders.

Dye the school dog purple. Yes, our school has a dog. *shakes head*

Steal all the fish out of the fountain and hang them in plastic bags from trees.

The possibilities are endless.

Is anybody else thinking of doing something to a different school as well as their own?? Cause our school has a long standing rivalry with another school near us (hey its not our fault they cant play rugby for shit) and a few of us were thinking of doing something nasty to them :D

Anyway a friend of mine was telling me how they kidnapped one of their teachers on the 2nd last day of school and locked him up at a students house for the entire night. They tied him to a chair and video-taped him and asked him all these questions and shit. Then they played the tape at assembly the next day in front of the entire school. This might be a little extreme though and i personally dont recommend it. :p

Oh yeah paint isnt dangerous to cows or pigs is it??

On a side note if any of you people reading this happen to hail from St Edmunds canberra then you are all a bunch of wankers who have to cheat to win a game of rugby. The reffing was so bad my dick could have done better and you all play like women. I still cant believe you beat us. I would have loved to leave school with the waratah shield under our belts, but thats the way it goes i suppose. Sorry to everyone about this post but if any of you go to a school that glorifies sport like me youd understand how i feel ;)
