9) B (it's the only one that make sense, there was no discrimination according to the question)

fuck mc was hard :( i usually get 13-15 but yeah i wouldn't be surprised if i got like 10 :/

i will have to agree that MC was fuked in the head for some of them. I swear they love making us sit there with 2 correct answers and make us pick one. I FUKIN HATE IT. There were some easy ones, and some friggen stupid one.
that discrimination question was pretty fukin stupid.

I'm so screwed for multiple choice. Hardest part of the exam.

4. A (I think it was B, well most of the others said it was)
5. I put B (probably fail)

8. C (I thought it was property coz it said he broke his laptop..)

i don't think 13 is C because it says "the operation of atsi customary law" and the incorporation of their punishments isn't atsi customary law. so wouldn't it b B, the traditional practices regulating them?

and 15 is deffers A. that's what an injunction is.

Nope, it's a political right. Economic rights are the right to make monies. Political rights are your rights to advocate shit.

you're wrong about 8 i think, tort is negligence. the floor was wet, he slipped, that's negligence on behalf of the shopping centre.

and fairly sure protesting is civil + political, my trial had a question like that and that was the answer

I screwed up multiple choice so bad. I must of changed 3 correct answers into right answers damnit.

I got majorly confused with the mabo thing grr, prob failed multiple choice great...

But doesnt tort refer to negligence, therefore, the shopping centre have a duty of care to provide a safe environement but I dont know...
