Analyse the effectiveness of the 2009 Federal Budget in addressing the social and economic needs for the Australian economy
So far all I thought of is, loosening of fiscal policy to reduce unemployment and create jobs through infrastructure spending (economic need), reducing debt another economic need through changes in the budget for e.g. Halving the salary sacrifice
Social needs: large expenditure on education - also a economic need for the long term leads to a better skilled workforce, higher productivity etc. Health expenditure for the aging population
Can anyone think of any more ideas and tell me if i am on the right track? also I stated that the federal budget was effective in addressing social and economic needs because of the reasons above, however I dont get the analyse part.
