Yeh seen it, but there's no use, 130 GB doesnt finish (usually)

I has the 130 GB with TPG. avg 1.0 MB/s from Megashares premium account. But the beauty is that you can download all you want on the last day of monthly cycle. and the 1mbps (125 kb/s)cap speed rocks!

iRuler, I think your confusing yourself with the kbps bit. kbps/mbps stands for kilobits per second where as kb/s stands for kilobytes per second.
In order to convert kbps to kb/s you divide by 8, kbps is the speed everyone usually advertises because it sounds bigger/better. kb/s is your actual transfer/dl speed.

kbps and kb/s are the same

kbps = kilobits per second.
kBps = kiloBYTES per second
8 kbps = 1 kBps

similarly,
8mbps = 1mBps

the difference is in the capitalisation
