I don't think this stuff is a real worry. Just as we see centralised information-gathering on an unprecedented scale, with potential for abuse, we are seeing decentralised, free information exchange on a similarly nprecedented scale.

EDIT: the whackier NWO stuff isn't even worth addressing...

It doesn't matter, there is no privacy when all the light in the history of the earth can be replayed and centralised on a computer a little over a millenium from now.

The world is not an "order", it is a disorder, a disorder that changes over time (ie. capitalism v communism, west v islamists). If there is a "world order" its surely a failed one, becuase the world is fundamentaly little different from the times where this imaginary order didnt exist, there is no higher authority today than the state, and never has been, the UN is a failure becuase states can just choose not to obey (especially more powerful states like Russia, the EU, the US etc). Above the state there is only anarchy.
