I wake up in the morning, and I can't eat, if I do I'll spew...but I need to eat, because breakfast IS IMPORTAAANT.

What can I do?
Can I just take supplements instead? Is that a healthy alternative?
What can I do to eat and keep it down....?

Yeah and I'm not eating much at school. Like, half a chip, the end.
Eating food is so time consuming, it pisses me off.

i love my breakfast and id rather turn up to school late than miss it.

anyway maybe its something you're eating that makes you throw up, like milk.
maybe youre lactose intolerant and didnt know about it...

i know my mum cant stand even the smell of milk.

Nah, I'm not lactose intolerant, whatever I eat makes me feel really sick and disgusting.
Maybe my lack of eating is linked to wearing retainers at night...idk. They're sort of suffocating...

I get the same feelings too, and I also wear retainers. I don't think its caused by the retainers. Just your body is still suppressing its appetite from when you were sleeping.

I dunno, all I feel like eating in the morning is milk, or cereal. It doesn't feel 'refreshing' if I eat anything else.

What time do you get up in the morning? I get the exact same thing on weekdays as i have to get up at 5.30-6.00am- even the thought of food makes my stomach turn. Fine on weekends though when i get up more around 9.00-10.00am.

I remember those days...geez it hurt when i would 'forget' to wear them one night (or two..lol) and id have to start wearing them again. I feel for you. And i also went through a phase of not eating as much, probably coz i thought they were disgusting and id wash and scrub them frantically whenever i took them off. Id go most of the day without eating. But thats just me

Same with me! When i wake up in the morning i eat a bit and i don't end up eating much at all or anything for brekkie. For the same reasons stated by the thread starter.

Just bring breakfast to school and eat it when you get hungry. I'm usually not very hungry when I wake up, but I get hungry a few hours later if I don't eat much, so I just start to eat some of my lunch at uni when I start getting hungry :p

Then I eat the rest of it when I get hungry again. Its worked well.
