I emailed the science faculty asking if i could use my free science electives to do it. I have 30uoc free sci electives, and a minor is only 36uoc
Also, if I did stats and maths as my science majors, i could literally triple major in 4 years
too bad i suck at math!

Just take 5 courses of whatever you like. Just won't count for anything other than making up credit points.
So take your 'minor minus the official "minor" business'
