Well, it is Saturday morning

I've opened it just incase UAC has a blunder like last year.

UAC did something wrong, and so students were able to login for less than an hour between 1 and 2am (i cant remember exactly, check the 2003 threads)

i presume all that code, with the get time and such, means time locked. lol, i tried changing the time on MY computer, it didnt work
