How old are you? I can give you figures for a few but I'm not sure how you are

For a 19 yo at kmart it's 17.97 and 14.87 for a 18 yo for a casual

17.52 x 70% (18yr junior rate) = 12.27
12.27 + 25% (casual loading) = 15.33

pretty sure that was the award that i was under..oh well

thats slavery.

Dicksmith under 18 workers probably deserve $13 though. The stores aren't always packed (e.g. in local plazas) and they don't really do much.

I hear that it's supposed to be around $17 for a trained employee at 18 years of age.
