Honestly not alot of difference between CS3 and CS2, but! the entire CS3 master collection is much better than the CS2 ones, much better file support etc. And if you are looking for cheap CS3 either try the usual ebay or attend one of those night or community colleage things they sell great software for low prices. I prefer torrents but hey pay if u want :hammer:

On dial up he'll probably download about 5kb/s

the whole CS3 suite is mabie about 3gb (as it fits on DVD)
so thats

3 * 1024 =
3072mb * 1024 =

3145728 KB / 5kb

629145.6 seconds / 60

10485.76 Minutes

10485.76 hours

7.281777778 Days

So you'll have to keep your comp on about 7days :D. OR just get a mate to do it

Im currently use Photoshop 7... I am planning to upgrade to CS3 as well. Looks to me that it's a bit expensive, but I think eBay should do the trick.

Its all good software. Not very financially viable for students, even the 'education package' or whatever they call it. They have a sharp learning curve but once you get the hang of the basics its not too hard to make some really nice stuff.

I feel sorry for anybody not introduced to InDesign before they finished school. Some of the marks I have gotten making sweet posters with that program, it's like the teachers didn't look at the content at all :D

Get a download accelerator that can pause and continue downloading, then you can turn it on anytime you like and have your computer off at night.

Photoshop fun.

Download the picture below.

Open it in Photoshop.

Save the file as a .RAW file type, but in the file name, change the extension to .mp3, and save it.

Open the file you just created.
