time of flight $t_1 = \sqrt{\frac {2h}{g}}, \, t_2 = \sqrt{\frac {h}{g}}$
vertical range $R=v_1 t_1=v_1\sqrt{\frac {2h}{g}}=v_2 t_2 = v_2 \sqrt{\frac {h}{g}}$
$v_2=\sqrt2 v_1$

Same (except the maths so it’s even more cooked that i still threw)

You have 7 days, which is 168 hours. counting 8 hours of sleep, that is 112 hours. So in reality that is a total of 4 days of actual work
