If you want to keep your discriminatory opinion to yourself, that's possibly justified, it's really your loss if you don't get to know good people. (Discrimination is still stupid and un-Australian [it's called "a fair go"] though.)

BUT where your idea falls down is when you extend your discrimination outside of yourself, eg:

- not hiring someone for a job
- racially vilifying your bus driver

etc.

I don't think there is a problem with not hiring someone for a job because they are gay. If I think that their sexuality is going to effect my current employees I think its fair enough not to employ them.

If someone is religious and I think that is going to effect their decision making I think its fair enough not to employ them.

Same goes with someone of a different race.

Anti-discrimination legislation is bullshit.

Look up the law on google or in law books, but yes it is a problem that ppl dont know the law, as ignorance of the law doesnt save ur arse from getting into shit.

NSW State Parliament just made it illegal to breed, introduce, sell, give away etc. any pit bulls, american pit bulls, japanese tozas, argentinian fighting dogs or brizilian fighting dogs - meaning they're pretty much going to die out (at least in this state).
