O.k. I currently have only 1 case study- Qantas, which is as you know huge, and covers all aspects of the syllabus, but nevertheless i want MORE, so if anyone is kind enough to provide me with as many case studies as possible in regard to ER (particularly industrial conflicts) and Global business (particularly managing a global business) then i think that he would greatly benefit from it.

I have many good essays, sample reports (past questions), excellent summaries (tied directly to the syllabus) and more.

I still think it's about picking out stuff. Like HSBC are good for ecological sustainability, because they go out of their way to sponser environmental programs that have a long-term (future generation) focus etc.

Industrial Conflict: I say go with Morris McMahonan (eg: http://www.smh.com.au/articles/2003/07/10/1057783282557.html) and Patrick Stevedores (example: http://www.uow.edu.au/arts/joscci/trincareview.html) just look this up on the net ... particularly past archives of papers.

Um what else? Like I said to you earlier - Textbooks!

As for Managing a global business ... I would say stick largely with QANTAS and tie in other businesses in other aspects, that way the markers know you had a key case-study that was complimented with knowledge of others. Am I making any sense?

I'm sick of case-studies. They can go burn in a pit somewhere. Scuse typos I'm too lazy to go back and change them.

Billabong...excellent marketing (surf contests etc), international exapnsion (they operate in over 60 countries) and also they are australian. easy to get info off, and it suits most of the syllabus ive been using it all year

the case study is from riley publications ....so i doubt it u can get it online...
