Hi,

Im currently stressed out about the possible turnout of my ATAR and really want to turn it around... years 7-11 i was top student to keep it short and i just got sick of everything and slacked off throughout this whole year blahblahblah enough bullshit

my marks are currently in the 60s/70s and ranks between 20-40s

economics 14/20
std english 20/160
2u maths 50/60
biology ~ 16/60
chemistry - ~18/30

o ye im failing maths

i want to know if its still possible for me to get a high 70 atar if i smash my trails and hsc... i am more than capeable... i just need some hope

And just work hard. It's better than the alternative of slacking off and feeling regret for the four months of relaxation post-hsc, even if your goals aren't necessarily fulfilled. At least you can say you tried for the second half and whatever happens, happens. Everything happens for a reason and is contributory to a greater reality. What you may think is the best outcome is based on the little you can foresee into the future and therefore isn't necessarily the greatest outcome.

Just work hard for only 4 months. In relation to the rest of your life 4 months isn't even anything, just four months and then you're done.
