hey guys! When are your first assessments? What are they and how much are they worth? If you've already had one how did you go?

ive got a legal studies report due in 3 weeks worth 15%!

excited to get some marks on the board

I have my tests in about 3 weeks and I can safely say this is the most scared I have been for a long time. They are all around 10-15% and I really want to do well . I got maths, bio and physics all in one week so I'm super nervous but just a little bit excited on the inside.

Got a Legal oral in a couple of week.

Also have a fucking huge IPT assignment (hopefully i am dropping it)

English Advanced - Essay on Belonging due Week 7 or 8, around 15% of internal assessment
English Extension 1 - Essay on 2001: A Space Odyssey due around the same time, 30% of internals
English Extension 2 - Major Work Proposal due in a few weeks, don't think it goes towards anything but it still has to be done.
Music 2 - Performance of a piece of Music of the Last 25 Years, 5%, and first draft of major composition folio, also 5%
Maths & Maths Extension 1 - Exams worth about 15% each, mainly focusing on Parametrics, Trigonometric Functions and Series Applications

And I think I'll have something for French but we haven't been informed of it yet

I have a few all small weightings EXCEPT for bio/chem and maths is a killer 25%

We haven't even got our freaking assessment booklets...ridiculous. But its good - no notification no assessment!

We have an assessment booklet but I hate how they never have definitie dates-it's all Wk 8 OR 9 >.< They'll prob all end up in Wk8 with my luck.

We've got an exam block in Weeks 7-8, but only 2 formal notifications for me so far.

Modern History worth 25% (holy shit)
Legal Studies worth 20% (not as much but still... shit)

My assessment block is in week 8, and I have 5 exams that are each about 10-15%. None of the extension subjects besides maths have assessments this time round, so they've decided to squeeze everything into one week

English Speech on Module C - Conflicting Perspectives. (Week 7)

Mathematics Extension 2 - Complex Numbers, Graphs, Harder 3U. (Week 8. I am expected the ranks to be tightly packed this year.)

Mathematics Extension 1 - Series and Sequences, Induction, Geometrical Applications of Calculus.

SDD - None for this term!

IPT - Database (Week 9.)

Physics - Draft handed in (Out of 2 marks.) Rest of the assignment is out of 23 and we have to research on scientists and space technology + oral presentation, due week 7.
