Did I mention that this is just 1 of my PCs? :p
I don't have a 8-port D-link switch for nothing... *whistles*

I've got some povo PC's around,
PII 300MHz,
PII 350MHz
PIII 550MHz (Coppermine)
PIII 1GHz
P4 2.0GHz (no overclock, this isn't a "C" chip)
P4 2.4C (My brother's computer)
P4 2.4C O/C to 3.3GHz (My one, see above).

I am an Intel "fanboy", you could say, never owned an AMD chip in my life, but that can change with the Opterons/64-bit. :)

Hoping to upgrade to a wireless network in the future, getting rid of my switch and adding wireless networking cards in each PC (and to remove all the Cat5e cables :))

LOL... I don't own an XBOX, at least that will offer some comfort!
No gamecube (GC), No N64.

But I have a NES, SNES, PSX, PS2.
Might consider getting an XBOX, because I've seen the chip in action, not bad... I can hook it up to my LAN and transfer files across/store stuff on the XBOX HD.

But I do love my PS2, a lot! :D

CD-ROM
CD-R
CD-RW
DVD-ROM

Original PSX, Import (backup) PSX
Original PS2 CD/DVDs, Import (backup) PS2
No swap
No CSS/protection
MP3 playback, VCD, SVCD, even DivX/XviD
Plays anything you throw at it.

*bolts out the door because Winston knows where I live*
:p

Wishlist
- 802.11g Home network 54Mbps Wireless
- WiFi cards in all PCs for the access points.
- Apple PowerBook G4 laptop, or iBook G3 laptop.
- 5MP Digital camera (Kodak)
- Colour Laser Printer
- 8MB cache, 80-120GB HD
- XBOX with modchip and DVD-R/W games.

Definately hoping for the PowerBook next year, if not an iBook, and I would like more HD space (8MB cache HDs, not the 2MB ones I have).

Maybe an iPod too... the new 40GB ones (Windows version, or Mac model depending on if I get the iBook/PowerBook :))

But we've recently added security to the home, (and we've always had alarms, window locks, decorative bars and so on).

Herrick stole my keys once, from my bag in Year 8.

LOL I was so pissed off at him for taking them.
I spent the whole day looking for them, backtracking my footsteps and working out where they could have dropped etc,

at the end of the day, he told me he had them and gave them back... if he wanted to visit my house, he should have said so! hahah!

ae: Have you tried increasing the frequencies on your cpu to something like 250*12? you could get 3GHz out of that processor.
im not game enough to reach 300mhz or anything, but the highest i've had was about 290*12 (~3.5GHz+)

it locked up on me so i went back to a stable clock speed (275*12 = 3300MHz)

you have an (almost) identical CPU + RAM combo as I do. :) :)
and (almost) the same case, hehe! Go the Antec casing! I got a TruPower PSU with mine, gold plated grill etc... it's the best.

Wish I had an SATA drive, but IDE is fine with me.

Oh yeah, I am using a Nortel Networks cable modem, I have about 2 Motorola CybrSurfer's (black model) which was in use in 1999-2000.

Then I got the DOCSIS modems (nortel) in 2001/2002 and switched over to the 'other' Telstra network, 139.134.* IPs :)

Great monitor you have there ae :)
