hey plz
just wanna get a pre hsc estimate
i go to a catholic private school
i hav my trial marks and final ranks

and i also hav what i think i will get in the hsc

let me know what u guys think
TRIAL MARK/ RANK (did the cssa trials)
physics - 60% 1st
chem - 93% 1st
bio - 96% 1st
eng adv 96% 1st
2 u sor - 96% 2nd

ESTIMATE HSC MARK/ RANK
physics - 88-95% 1st
chem - 85 - 95% 1st
bio - 95 - 100% 1st
eng adv - 93 - 98% 1st
2 u sor - 95 - 100% 2nd

just wanted to find out ur opinions
(btw after some observed backlash on other thread i am not 'showing off' my marks..just wanna get honest opinion so as i can relieve some stress) oh and kick all ur
sydney school asses plus james ruse...lol

There is too big of a range in your estimate HSC marks.

If they are ture. You will get 100 comfortably.

depends on my subject, my smallest class is 2 ppl in chem and my biggest is 17ish in english

You are in the position to get 100, though you might fall short. All depends on how your perform in the exam. If you even do slightly better you might be able to get 100.

Those HSC marks will still get you a UAI of 100.
If you do get 98 in Biology, you'll be likely to top the course too.

Get over your problem. What do you need a UAi of 100 for anyway? That's just ridiculous. The HSc isn't the be all and end all. There is life after it you know!

i expected this.. no i dont personally hav uai seeker i use a firends one but we hav to compensate for the fact that he doesn't do everyone of my subs..so i wanted to get an opinion including every sub plus ranks and marks

and i'm not showing of my marks..i TIRED to make this clear in my first post..
i'm worried becuase even with these marks the thought that i am competing with some of the birghtest kids in the state from james ruse, sbhs, sghs etc etc gets me anxious
i just wanted to see whether or not marks i MIGHT be capable of would suffice to get around the uai i am looking for..which isn't 100 i dont know where u got that from
i'm looking for about 96-98

since you are ranked 1 in practically everything, how you go in the actual HSC will determine whether u get 100, but with marks like that, u'll go damn close

don't you get 15K a year at USyd if u get 100 or .95?

i believe jackie has a very valid point. i mean why would you want to get a possible free university education or accepetence into a course which will give you great choices for you future.
