yeah thanks. i needed luck at this rate.
i failed two exams (maths and chem) so far with pride since the exam was really filled with nonsense. nearly everyone in 2u maths only and half of 3u maths people failed in the maths exam. as for legal and religion, well they're passable so far. haven't got my english and ipt marks yet but probably nothing amazing.

i have handed in the form today.. by the way i think i am not really smart cause i found one guy in our school is very very smart, he does not need to revise but can get a perfect mark for eco which i reckon as the hardest subject so far ..
* "does not need to revise" *
Unless he has an extremely good memory and/or enormous powers of logic, then I don't see how that's possible coz:
a) You can't know the course before first having done it and memorised everything
b) If he hasn't memorised everything then he'll need a great deal of logic to answer questions that he isn't familiar with.

Only my opinion. Of course, there are people who are naturally and genuinely smart and intelligent and who "don't need to study" (but they comprise about 0.001% of the population)

Haha, danke. I'm yet to be motivated for chemistry though ;). It's something of an impossible task to enjoy it. Damn that subject bores me like nothing else.

I got mine back ages ago...

2 unit Studies of Religion - 76%
English Advanced - 70% (since we have had about six different teachers this year, im not surprised!)
English Extension - 85%
Geography - 77%
Mathematics - 67% (only since she set the test extremely hard - I was ranked about 14th out of 50 with this mark!)
Society and Culture - 87%
Hospitality - 68% (i didn't study since I'm dropping it)

I'm not too happy with most of them, except for extension english - 17/20 for the essay!!!

I was pretty disappointed with what I ended up getting...I could've achieved so much better, but I didn't study at all the entire year...and I slept through every day of general maths after I moved down from Advanced thinking I was invincible.

English (Advanced): 81% (4th)
English (Extension): 88% (1st)
Drama: 100% (I'll leave you to figure that one out)
Chemistry: 74% (1st)
PD/H/PE: 68% (2nd)
IPT: 67% (2nd)
Gen Maths: 55% (4th)

The Prelims were an excellent wake-up call for me. I know now how much effort I have to put in for my HSC...and Chemistry and PD/H are first on the list....hopefully my school will let me do Ext 2 English then I don't have to worry about IPT.

Maths doesn't exist as long as I say it doesn't.

Maths doesn't exist.
