I was at the beach just today and thought how awesome it would be if I could go all hippyish and get my nads out in the breeze.

This will be like the laws banning X-rated porn in every state in Australia (introduced in NSW by rev fucking Nile btw)- pointless, never enforced, ever, flagrant violations in every adult shop in Australia. Another pointless, unnecessary law, going against the will of the people.

Again, in the vein of this argument about topless tanning - breastfeeding mothers aren't trying to deliberately flash boob when they're breastfeeding, so if you see it, LOOK AWAY. It's not as if her boob's a mountain, so there's no reason to blame the woman for breastfeeding/topless tanning if you've got the ability to look away!!!

If you polled the people, I strongly doubt you could pass a referendum banning topless bathing on beaches. Nude beaches in general exist because there is no widespread opposition to people's general freedom to be nude. There are 'free marijuana' lobbys, but there aren't great 'ban nude beaches' lobbys. The movement doesn't exist.

I don't think it's being fair to label the idea of finding nudity generally inoffensive with the tag of 'libertarian extremism'.
