enzymes are proteins
proteins are made up of polypeptide chains
polypeptide chains are made up of amino acids

basically, research what chemicals are in amino acids, and uve got an answer.

Chemical composition of enzymes:
* All enzymes are made of globular protein
* Proteins consist of one or more polypeptide chains
* These are composed of long chains of amino acids joined together by peptide bonds
* Amino acids consist of an Amino Group (H & N), R Group (Organic substituent) & a Carboxyl Group (C, H & O)

just remember that proteins are made up of the following elements - CHON (SP)
C - carbon dioxide
H - hydrogen
O - oxygen
N - nitrogen
and sometimes
S - sulfur
P - phosphorus

this was part of the preliminary course by the way, when we were learning about proteins, carbohydrates, lipids and that other one which i cannot remember :(
