What? The University's over here still get all their money. It is just that if we get HECS the Government pays some of our fees to the University and then we pay that money back to the Government (isn't that how it works)

i dunno.....these rankings are all confusing anyway.....i read the UOW newspaper and it was bragging about it being in the top 10 of australian unis but the source being some big asain financial weekly mag or somethingOriginally posted by Ribbon
