Just wanna ask IF somehow in the exam im so nervous that I rmb the wrong technique / the wrong quote (just say IF) like once, but the other paragraphs are still fine(correct), how many marks would I lose just because of writing the wrong quote/naming wrong technique , despite my explanation are good enough for a band 6 response ?

I've accidenty made up part of a very commonly used quotes in an essay, they won't penealised you much (If at all?) for one tiny mistake..

To be completely honest, it's not something you should be worrying about. Stressing, or even wondering, aboout something as small as that is not going to help you prepare for the exams - in fact it is likely to increase your in-test anxiety.

Marks are awarded for overall cohesiveness (I'm a teacher), sustaining of the thesis, writing flair, and SPECIFICALLY addressing the question (not simply 'placing' a pre-prepared thesis at the beginning of your essay.
