Hi all,

I've just finished my trials and I've started reading through the UAC guide in deeper detail.

I was wondering what kind of courses an aspiring stockbroker would take in order to pursue it. Also, I'd like to know if I was to become a stockbroker, would my qualification be valid overseas or will I have to take a double degree like international studies or something...

Cheers

I'd guess a Commerce, Business, Finance or Economics degree. I believe to become a stockbroker you have to complete a professional training course afterwards and do some more training through the Stockbrokers Association, so the undergrad degree probably doesn't matter so much.
