hey...
i know this is a pain in the ass asking for uai estimates but its been killing me all night, because its affecting my preferences too.
im at a selective school, we had 97% of our yr 12s last year between 80-100.
im ranked:
Eng Ext 2 - 15/26
Eng Adv - 100/159
Eng Ext 1 - 47/112
Maths 2U - 79/85
Modern History - 30/34
Chemistry - 60/66

what do you guys think my uai estimate is at?

higher end of low-mid 80's.

you can improve this drastically well by axe-ing your hsc exams.

is that sydney girls? coz my reports outta 159 and 112 for english ranks too!
anyway if u do go to sghs.. i think ull get in the high 80s-low 90s! but then again i dunno how to do these thigns

It's a selective school , 5th in the state...

Low rankings doesn't necessarily mean low marks!

yeah, something like 75 or 80% of people in 2002 got 90+ uais, and *apparently* we're doing better than last year's year 12s!

Yeh, im not doing amazingly well, but our school does fairly well generally and it bumps up the whole allocation of marks as well because our internal assessments are pretty hard.
And ive had glandular and a death in the fam, so im going for access. and im going for a sports schol because sports cuts into school a lot. that might explain my marks a little more.
