like th 4 poepple under my like get 20% and lower.... and i get about 60s.. does that mean we're all going to get scaled down because of them?

Are you talking about the moderated assessment marks?
If you are, you won't be because the relative differences will, in most cases, be preserved and you'll get something similar while those under you getting 20s will get what they deserve.

but there is the possibility that your relative differences can be compressed.... ...but then again, it can also be strechted out.
