Hi everyone,

I would love some advice on choosing related texts.

I chose Heart of Darkness for discovery and it worked great.
However, I'm finding it difficult to write about in module C (people and landscapes - The Art of travel).
Is it worth changing to a text that's more simplistic and easier to analyse for module C? (I had a 2013 film in mind)
Has anyone done HOD for module C and think I should stick with it?

Any advice would be appreciated.

If you want to do a film, how about Apocalypse Now, which is a 70s film based on Heart of Darkness?
If you don't mind doing a novel, then you could try V.S. Naipaul's A Bend in the River - a novel loosely based on Heart of Darkness.
