I don't think the Invention of Love is a good related text for The Tempest.

I wouldn't suggest finding a list of stories and then 'picking the best one' from it for your related. The best way to decide on a related text is to look at the discovery concepts in the set text, and then go looking for poems or short stories etc that convey similar concepts.

Finding a list and then picking from it isn't the best strategy - there may not be anything appropriate on the list in the first place.

My suggestion for 'The Tempest' related material would be 'The Tell-Tale Heart' [short story] by Edgar Allen Poe.
