Retainers for teeth! (1 Viewer)

my orthodontist said id only have to wear them for 6 months...and here i am still wearing them 3 years later
i once drank milk with them in-i wouldnt suggest you try it

Damn, now i really want to go get my retainers and try...What hapened?

i sort of got stuck in between the retainers and my teeth and made them feel yuck then they tasted funny after i washed them

i still eat like ive got my braces, i dont bite things, i pull them apart (like a sandwich for example, ill break off a piece and eat it, rather than just taking a bite) and i dont eat things like peanuts or anything like that because im worried it'll break something lol

i broke 2 brackets off eating dry pasta when i had mine

guys, trust me i've been there, retainers, then braces, and retainers again, its not so bad (removable ones are tho, which mine were, so annoying) its better than your teeth moving again
