^^^ This forum, believe me, does *not* skew left.
This forum does not equal non-school alone.

Although I should say "skews to the centre".

Australia has put herself more on the map. No longer is she simply a working country, but the proud parent of a prosperous economy. A party that represents the "working class" (which bear in mind does not necessarily include farmers - who are more than likely Nationals) would not be to the benefit of the party.
No she is not the country of workers...

She is the parent of a good economy.

But also of a society that refuses to recognise so many universal truths and problems.

This is likely to be the case for youth around Australia in general.
Jul-Sep Newspoll Age Breakdown: 18-34
Coalition 30, ALP 50, Greens 13, Other 7.
(2PP: 63/37 to ALP)

This forum however definitely does not skew that far to the left.

Nice try, but the actual reality is that this forum does skew left. This is likely to be the case for youth around Australia in general.

Not only that, but even in the last election there was a left skew.

It's similar around the Western world - a youth movement towards the centre. Take a look at the American 2008 election - Barack Obama is supported by about 60% of young people (and about 50% of Americans in general). A BBC poll shows 70% of Australians support Barack Obama, for reference.

Australian 2007 election:
House: 52% left or centre (Greens 8%, Dems 1%, Labour 43%), 44% far right (National, Liberal, Family First), 2% independents, 2% other.
Senate: 51% left or centre, 41.5% far right, 1.5% independents, 6.5% other.

That's votes, not power.
You're not serious. Your telling me that if you crossed Fred Nile and Pauline Hanson and Steven Fielding off the ballot that liberal primaries wouldn't go up? Come off it. It's not proportionate to the Greens vote perhaps but it's still there.

You're from Western Sydney, you're irreverent to me.
Come down here and say it bro, we'll bash you.

*I don't normally speak like that I just find the Merrylands cliche's funny. I actually have a deep seated love for cultivated Australian and were I alittle bolder would have asked for voce coaching lessons when I was younger. That Gai Waterhouse has a voice like an angel.

What are you talking about? I included Family First in the numbers for 'far right' along with Liberal and the National parties. They only account for 44% and 41.5% for House and Senate. One Nation didn't get enough voters to register - it's probably included in other (2%).

What the fuck is happening to the economy?
What exactly is happening, and how exactly is it the fault of K.Rudd?

Where the fuck is my education revolution?
A revolution achieved in less than a year would be dangerous. Give him some time.

Where the fuck is the computers our high schools?
Not sure. I don't follow that much. I'd be interested to hear how much of this has been achieved also.

There was a long article about what Faulker has done/is set to do in the SMH's News Review one or two weeks ago. Read that, you partisan hack.

Lol quoting from socialist alternative. That's going to appeal to me is it not, Sigmund?

But yeah the article does imply a rollback - workchoices lite

You're a laughable political rat and I wish great pain and suffering upon you and your family.

Rafy annoys me. He is a partisan douche. He reminds me of one of those elderly women you see on election day handing out Liberal brochures.

There are people that live out of the mountains, those people aren't necessarily the same colour as you, nor the same religion, and definitely not the same politically...

Come down from that mountain and enter a world that doesn't always see things the same as you.

Our heads aren't always up in the clouds.
