lol yeah avril lavigne is enjoyable she aint exactly rock, more poppish rocky but she got good songs

beatles aren't overrated man i got all their albums and they NEVER made a dissapointing album, yesterday is such a simple song but its so fkn good, basically everyone of their songs rule, can't say that much for alot of rock bands nowadays

Rock is the highest point in musical history. The best music ever written came from Rock. THIS HOWEVER does not mean that all rock is in fact good there is a shit load of crap!

There are many sub groups in rock including Prog rock (my personal fav!), hard rock (started by LED ZEPPLIN), soft etc ... i thinks u get the idea with that tought!

Any way here r some good stuff 2 have a look at before havein a go at rock:

- Pink Floyd ... Dark side of the moon and the wall
- Led Zeppelin ... Zepplin 4

- Any YES is good
- The Beatles (there later stuff like ABBY ROAD is the go)
- JIMMY HENDRIX - i all most forgot (that is a sin)
- Alice copper (his odd but cool)
- Deep Purple
- Rollin stones , the Who, Supper tramp etc (not a fav of mine but its always there)
