Yep, they need long necks for fetching vegetation, therefore they bred long necked giraffes.

State the 3 main chemical equations.
Do you mean chemical reactions as in:

acid + base = salt + water

acid + metal = salt + hydrogen

acid + carbonate = salt + water + carbon dioxide

could you clarify what you mean by chemical equation? Do you mean like the ionic, word and formula equations?

Would an example for this explanation be like giraffes?
They needed longer necks to reach for the food in the trees so this was a favourable characteristic which would allow them to adapt in their environment and hence survive. That's why the characteristic of long necks was passed down until even the Modern giraffes?
No~ finches would be a better example since the question is to describe Darwin's contribution. giraffe is an example for Larmack's theory of evolution

Even if it did mean reactions, it would be really ambiguous

The 3 I posted are the 3 main acid + ??? reactions. I assumed he meant those as I can't think of what else would be considered the "main 3".

i reckon 'main reactions' is too broad...chemical reactions can refer to decomposition, neutralisation, etc, etc. define 'main'.

For a plant or animal to become a fossil, a series of events must occur. The remains have to be buried before they completely decompose or are eaten. The conditions of burial must then be suitable for the remains to leave an impression or have their organic material replaced by minerals. Finally, the fossils must survive millions of years of pressure, uplift and erosion if they are to come back to the surface.

it promotes global warming by trapping the heat, hence increasing rate of ice caps melting hence rising sea levels.

next question, explain pi and sigma bonds and their relative strengths
