what did people get for question 8? the predictability one?!?!
i had to guess i chose B. the rule of law :p

I chose the rule of law. Because if the rule of law was correctly applied, it would be predictable that: everyone knew the law, that only those who commited cromes would be punished, that the law would not be applied arbitrarily and that the law was public, published and available.

i reli hope u get 14/15, with the answer of 7 being a not d. coz thats what i had!
im pretty sure its a coz it can be changed by statute law

I'm pretty sure 2 is A, natural justice is more to do with a trial, not the law itself. I'm not sure on 7 or 8, but I don't think 8 is D as a treaty may, or may not be put into domestic law.

Other than that, the rest are the same as mine. So that should be 12+.

ok, help me create a list of the solutions to multiple choice. there are about 3 ambiguous ones that I'm not sure about. correct me if I'm wrong.

I dont think that 4 is C. Property law is related to "real property" and doesnt have anything to do with the actions done on the property. So i think its contract, because it can be placed in people's contracts not to be trained by the independent trainers.

For question 6, can someone plz tell me how the right to remain silent is legaly protected?

On what grounds is it contract? by process of elimination its gotta be property

right to remain silent is your rights as the accused.. not sure where it is protected...
