I just reckon BOS needs to lift their game and stop giving us this vague trash. Be specific so we can actually show knowledge of content instead of fucked up thought processes.

they arent testing our knowledge on content

they are testing our ability to make informed guesses (which is absolute shit because there is always a level of uncertainty)

Its the age of the victim, if your talking about the mitigating circumstance question.

I think I went with conspiracy + robbery.
Wish I could be more informative, but I'm riding solo here lol, so I can't provide a reason for this :(

It would be robbery only because he assisted in the crime and through process of elimination it has to be robbery. That said, this leads onto the next question as it is both conspiracy and robbery, because the key word "planned" implies a conspiracy. A conspiracy was evident coupled with the fact that it did happen so my teachers and I concluded conspiracy AND robbery.

Relating back to the previous question, conspiracy means that all parties are charged with the same crime. For example, if Person A conspires to murder the Prime Minister, but Person B commits the crime - both can be indicted with murder and conspiracy. So since I got conspiracy and robbery as an answer, that is why I stuck with property because Dale, Alex and Shane all conspired to rob a bank, thus reasoning that the answer would be property.

However, I could be wrong. Feel free to question.

Nah for 19 they can only arrest, they cant do any of the other shit unless they arrest him first

For robbery i think d but not 100% sure
um you can require someone to answer questions before arresting them. They can request name and address as well as proof of identity and all that shit.

And for the robbery question, conspiracy is a preliminary crime only put forward if you dont actually do it... Have you ever heard of someone charged with murder and attempted murder of the same victim?

if a police officer came up to me and asked for age and address, im required by law to show it and identification to prove it under law enforcement (powers and responsibilities) act. didn't think i'd be referencing legislation again for a long time...

19. it merely says what do the police have the legal power to do. it doesnt ask what they should or will do. it asks what they can do, and all are legitimate answers. they can require anyone to answer questions without arresting them as i said before, i.e. identification.
