Dear Bull,
As upset as Alice might be that her piece on female comedians didn't get in last week, I think it's fairly clear from her inability to write anything but sexually derogatory hatchet jobs on rival candidates (and subsequent apology letters) in her (thankfully failed) tilt at Honi last year, coupled with the fact she wouldn't know a facetious remark if it came up and poked her on facebook, that she's not the best ambassador for female comedians, nor indeed women in general.
In fact this wasn't the first time I've been featured in a women's edition of a student rag. Last year a certain SRC office bearer felt so strongly about me that, instead of writing a feminist critique of the Victa lawnmower, she dedicated her entire Honi column to informing the five people who read it that my diet consists mostly of small children and puppies.
It would seem that, while women still love reading about me, the student editors will continue to give the public what they want, and I really don't think it's my place to deny them.
