I'm a person who just started to hate Geography ever since I had to finish dozens of pages of homework!!! So I am going to ask my curriculum coordinator to change to Business Studies... but the thing is, if I switch to Business, can I catch up if I miss 6 periods? (One period = 1 hour in my school)

worth it. better than not switching and having to do geography which you hate for the rest of year 11.

Yeah you can, and you don't have to catch up on much if you switch now. From what I recall they probs just went through just 2 dot points.

GOGO! Business Studies is probably easier and more useful than Geography (just a bit lower scaling)!
Plus in Business Studies, someone like yourself has the ability to state rank the subject with ease! (Ruse doesn't offer Business so yeah! You can surely aim high)

Trust me. If you know you will enjoy Business Studies, the transition is definitely better in the long run. Catching up on 6 periods - you'll manage. After all, year 11 is all about establishing yourself in a good position for the HSC year. You're better off making changes before its too late. Same happened when I changed two subjects to different ones.
