Misadventure appeal is what they call it i think.
Isn't there an actual form that you can print out and get filled in or something?

would like to see the outcome of this.

however get a doc's certificate, contact the head teacher/ principal.

hope for the best. if it fails, yeah it sucks but not the best time to report sickness.

go harder in the next test.
