Anyway, on topic, I'm doing Engineering/Commerce and I went into my Commerce degree without knowing absolutely anything about that kind of stuff (didn't do eco or business studies in school, wasn't really interested in that kind of stuff at the time so didn't research it during spare time). They teach you everything you'll need to know at uni, so that shouldn't be a problem.

I hope this helps, but my friend didn't study any business/commerce subjects for high school, but he's studying commerce at university, and he's loving it. If you don't enjoy science subjects, consider trying a different area (i.e. business/commerce). Don't worry, i don't think you will be disadvantaged, they will teach you all of what's needed to do well in the university course, and at worse, you can just transfer if you feel like business is also not for you. Good luck with it
