Well I maintain that it is physically impossible for me to fall asleep anytime before 11-11:30. Usually get up at around 7:30. Apparently the human body works best when sleep occurs in 90 minute cycles; i.e. 7.5 hours or 9 hours would be better than the conventional 8 hours.

bed: 11-12
up: 6:30-7:30

strangely though, whenever i dont have anything the next morning, i get up early
but when i do have something (school, sport, tests etc) i get up late


WTF IS THIS SHIT:confused:
